Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship globally from our warehouse in Portugal with DHL, UPS or CTT shipping carriers. Orders shipped international are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This mean that all relevant import taxes and duties are not included. You will need to pay additional local state duties at the time of delivery of your order.

PORTUGAL

CTT or UPS: approximately 2-3 business days - 8 EUR.

EUROPE and UK

UPS: approximately 3-4 business days - 21 EUR.

USA

DHL Express or UPS: approximately 3-4 business days - 30$

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

DHL Express or UPS: approximately 3-4 bussiness days - 29 EUR.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 2 business days.

For PRE-ORDERS - Production of the pre-ordered product within 10 business days from the date of placing the order. 1-2 business days for sent from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse.

TRACKING NUMBER

After sending the parcel, we will send tracking number to your email address. If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking number from us, please check Spam folder or contact customer support at asymetriestore@gmail.com
