Refund policy
RETURN
You are welcome to return products that are in original condition within 14 days of receiving the order. In order to return or exchange the goods, the following conditions must be made: the goods were not in use, saved the original appearance of goods.
Please note: All deliveries are made at customer's expense.
To return your order please email us at asymetriestore@gmail.com and follow the steps below:
- Repack your items in the delivery bag
- Follow the instructions provided by email to send it back to us.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
